Bus stop as well as tram in front of the hotel, great connection and old town in 5 MIN within walking distance

The location of the hotel is very good. The breakfast is very good and varied (note: fried eggs and omelette are charged separately). Rooms and bathrooms are good in terms of size and equipment. Beds are also good.

There's no electrical outlet in the bathroom.

The location is very central to the old town of Nice, everything within walking distance. The room was clean and quiet. However, with a view of the backyard, which was not very attractive. The breakfast was really good.

The bar is really not nice. Like a railway station concourse. One could underline with little effort the grandiose view. Compared to the rest of the hotel a big minus. Lovelessly designed. Staff friendly.

Functional unit with nice view. Early check in and late check out. Free parking, shuttle from the airport. Totally really really nice stay by 2 nights.

Perfect and incredible location not very far from an outdoor theater. Air-conditioned comfort room, large beds.

Plot twist, it's actually great!

The bustling city vibe is refreshing, and the proximity to the park and beach is perfect. Rooms are bright and airy, maintained well. Breakfast choices are extensive and tasty. The rooftop area, while pricey for drinks, offers a lovely retreat after exploring the nearby attractions.

Breakfast with a lot of people in a very limitated space. There was a negative surprise with a water leak over the bed and the receptionist was not so empathic to change the room. No excuses after this incident.

Did not like window between bathroom and bedroom. There is a blind on the window, but a see through one.

Very bad service and impolite employees at the reception, with exception of the man who supports clients with their luggage who is the only one at the reception who knows what service to clients means. Because of a technical issue in our booked and payed room, they tried to put us for 2 times in a smaller and cheaper room than we already had paid for, without possibility to be compensated for the price difference. Only after continuing complaining by us we got a room of the same class we had paid for, by which the check-in took hours. Also the check out went wrong. The bill was incorrect. They said we had to pay again, in spite the fact we already had paid everything at front. Their bill contained our name but was based on another booking which did not apply to us. Probably caused by an administration still for big part based on papers. We complained to the hotelmanager by mail about our experience, but he does not react, also not on reminders.

very clean room, view from 4th floor (418 room). Its not cheap, but for Nice - its very good value. Bus stop is near hotel, shops area, restaurants, beach - everything is near. I will choose this hotel again. Highly recommended.

Air conditioning issues made the rooms uncomfortably hot!!! The gym facilities severely lack adequate equipment, and the Wi-Fi speed is frustratingly slow!!! Consider revising room descriptions to match reality!!!

The location was excellent very close to the old town and beach promenade. Hotel staff were really helpful and friendly. The facilities were great, especially loved the views from the top floor bar area. There was a good choice for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again
